Euroasia Investment Partners (“EIP”) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CTG Hotel Holdings Corp., Ltd whereby both companies will work together in the tourism field in Europe, but particularly the 17+1 region.
CTG Hotel Holdings Corp., Ltd. currently owns and manages over 200 hotels in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and the United Kingdom with over 48,000 rooms, including cities such as London, Leeds, Birmingham, Lincoln, Portsmouth, Brighton in United Kingdom and Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Chongqing, Shenzhen and also in another 60 over cities in mainland China.
CTG Hotels Group currently has 4 brands consisting of Grand Metro Park, Metro Park, Kew Green (Hong Kong Only) and Traveler Inn. The “Metro Park” brand was originally from Hong Kong, where the first hotel opened.
Group divisions include CTG Travel, CTG Retail & Duty Free shops and CTG hotels which altogether have a strong direct Chinese customer base of over 15 million. CTG has a strong platform for outbound Chinese customers as well as being connected to major online travel agencies.
Mr. Ilirjan Koxhioni, EIP’s Chairman, explained what this cooperation means for European hotels: “For those European hotels who choose to partner with CTG through either a hotel management option or a co-branding option, CTG will be able to drive outbound Chinese business to them by utilizing direct marketing strategies and creating Chinese content on all Chinese distribution channels. Besides enhancing hotel revenue, CTG’s experience, capabilities and large size in hotel management allow for it to maximize hotel profitability by reducing and controlling costs through centralized purchasing and other operational support.”
