Ilirjan Koxhioni, Chairman of Euroasia Investment Partners met with senior officials from the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration to discuss and exchange views on how best to use the mechanism for resolving disputes in the international market.
As the Belt and Road Initiative (“BRI”) quickly gains momentum, accompanying innovation will be necessary in the resolution of disputes arising from the projects, investment and trade that accompany the BRI. The use of mechanisms like mediation and arbitration will become increasingly important to resolving disputes more quickly and amicably, ideally in a confidential and enforcement – friendly environment.
