Shandong Sinoma Engineering Co., Ltd and Euroasia Investment Partners signed a strategic agreement giving EIP exclusive distribution rights for Shandong Sinoma Engineering’s solar-energy products across the 16+1 countries, as well as Greece, Italy and Kosovo.
The companies also agreed to cooperate on solar and clean-energy projects on an engineering, procurement and construction basis, with Shandong Sinoma Engineering able to invest in suitable regional projects.
The company is described as providing solutions across the solar value chain, including components, development, engineering, financing and investment, procurement, construction management, operation and maintenance.
EIP Chairman Ilirjan Koxhioni said the partnership followed an extended search for best-in-class solar solutions. Glen Cremer, EIP’s Managing Director for Europe, highlighted the value of combining Shandong Sinoma’s engineering capability with its investment model and advanced clean-energy technology.
