Minkave Construction & Development Co., Ltd and Euroasia Investment Partners signed a strategic cooperation agreement giving EIP exclusive representation of Minkave in the 17+1 region.
Minkave operates in lighting-system engineering, lighting design, product development, production, sales and energy-performance contracting. Its integrated approach covers planning, design, construction and product supply, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and solutions that can be adapted to municipal budgets.
EIP Chairman Ilirjan Koxhioni said the cooperation responds to demand for more innovative and energy-efficient urban lighting and highlighted the company’s use of advanced technology and artistic lighting to create distinctive urban environments.
Minkave’s work includes urban night planning, lighting for cultural and tourism attractions, smart street-light systems and light shows. Its smart-light systems can incorporate charging points, information displays, cameras, emergency alarms, 5G network equipment, parking detection, environmental sensors and other smart-city functions.
